Abstract

A piezoelectric actuated cantilever beam based sifter to separate dry materials according to the size is presented. The sifter operates in open loop and closed loop configuration. The unique features of this sifter are design simplicity, portable, wide scope, less maintenance, ruggedness and cost effective.
