Abstract

According to the optimal operating problem of the river basin flood control,and to analysis of the inner relation among the inflow,discharged ability of the cascade reservoir and the flood peak discharge of the flood control point in the river,this paper puts forward the solving method combining the flood operating model with progressive optimality algorithm.The instance results show that this method successfully provides a set of simple,efficient and actual models and solutions for real-time flood dispatching and flood control system planning.
