The effective use of Information Communication Technology will become increasingly important to the long-term success of virtually all businesses. 2. The adoption and the implementation of effective and efficient Information system depend critically on the level of technological competition in the entire business environment and the level of technology in the country as a whole. Enhancing this leadership role of Information Technology is not easy for many businesses, but success depends on the fact that adopters of the concept participate effectively in its implementation process.
