Enhancing this leadership role of Information Technology is not easy for many businesses, but success depends on the fact that adopters of the concept participate effectively in its implementation process. What businesses need is a vision and the right technology solution to exploit the numerous opportunities present in this ever-changing business world. This research work is about how Information Communication Technology (ICT) is implemented in Marketing and can enhance the strategic advantage of one business over the others in a turbulent Marketing environment.
