Predictive analytics driven time oriented prioritized task assistant under the framework of machine intelligence 机器智能框架下以时间为导向、按优先顺序排列任务的预测分析驱动型助手

This paper presents a predictive analysis using computational tools, technologies, simulation and application to provide a prioritized tasks assistant for appropriate time management. The objective is to identify the tasks, design and implement the systems, test and refine it with appropriate prioritized structure using production rule of Machine Intelligence. The motivation behind this work is to create a time management system that is easy to use, flexible and customizable to execute tasks. The scope of this work is versatile including students, professionals and entrepreneurs. In the model formulation of the problem, the parameter such as difficulty level to keep track of tasks and deadlines, lack of flexibility and customization, time consuming manual tracking are taken into consideration. This is supplemented by a conducted market research to understand the needs and preferences of potential users of the system. In extension, surveys are conducted to collect feedback on system prototypes and improves system design. In the solution process, performance indicators such as managing tasks-deadlines-schedules, customizable options for different types of tasks-priority levels-alerts, develop automatic tracking and reporting features are considered. The primary dataset based on survey and popular dataset are used in developing the system with wireframing and time zone support. The incorporation of Voice assistant is also taken into consideration using Android extension.

The study sought to examine the effect of e-procurement practices on the performance of selected public sector organization in cape coast: cape coast technical university Central Region of Ghana. The study was purely qualitative; therefore there was sample size. Interviews were used as a data collective instrument. Twenty (20) respondents were used as key informants to the study. The data analysis was done by transcribing the responses on the interview guide into themes and meaning drawn from them. The study gathered primary data using structured questionnaires of which the questionnaire were divided into sections based on the different aspects of the study's goal. The findings of the study also disclosed that the use of e-procurement will help the public organization to speed up their procurement process, though the e-procurement has its own challenges, the respondents interviewed alluded that it would be better to use than the manual procurement process since it will increase the performance of the procurement process as a whole. The study therefore recommend that the public sectors should adapt the e-procurement because not only it can help to achieve our daily activities faster, it can also help to work more efficiently and also consider some various e-procurement practices such as E-ordering

Medical image fusion using convolutional neural network 基于卷积神经网络的医学图像融合

Medical image fusion methods combine medical pictures from many morphologies to improve the accuracy and reliability of medical diagnoses, and they are becoming more significant in a variety of clinical applications. This research introduces a convolutional neural network (CNN) based medical image fusion approach to create a fused picture with good visual quality and clear structural details. To generate a weight map, the proposed technique employs a trained Siamese convolutional network to fuse the pixel activity information of source pictures. Meanwhile, the original picture is decomposed using a contrast pyramid. Source pictures are combined using distinct spatial frequency bands and a weighted fusion operator. The suggested fusion method can successfully maintain the exact structural information of source pictures and generate excellent human visual effects, according to the findings of comparison trials.

The application of the Flexible Production Area (FPA) allows to increase labor productivity, improve its quality, and promptly respond to the changing needs of the customer. The main purpose of its application is to free a person from heavy and monotonous physical labor, as well as from working in conditions that are harmful to the body. Flexibility in FPA refers to or is characterized by the ability to move quickly from one type of product to another at regular intervals and at low cost. Creation of FPA of advanced technology high-performance equipment,mechanization and automation of transport, warehousing and loading operations, automatic control of product quality, use of computer equipment and software. The application of FPA in various industries has shown that it is not only a system that is fully supported by material and information, but also a system that ensures the production of the required amount of product over a period of time. In the article is discussed modeling of flexible production automation scheme.
