Conclusion: This study showed that relationship between physical inactivity and an increase obese on adults. Recommendation: It is necessary to prevent and control obese by doing sufficient physical activity in the workplace, as well as in the household every day on an ongoing basis. Abstract

The problem of obesity in Indonesia has been on an upward trend in the last three decades. This study aims to determine the relationship of physical activity with obese in adults in Indonesia.
