Abstract

It is noted that the observed long-range spatio-temporal correlations of real-world dynamical systems are governed by quantum-like mechanics with inherent nonlocal connections. Microscopic-scale local fluctuations form a unified self-organized adaptive network manifested as the macroscale dynamical system with implicit ordered energy flow between the larger and smaller scales.
