Abstract

The purpose is the synthesis of a control system for the oil cooling process in a condenser. A study of heat and mass transfer processes occurring in apparatuses has been carried out. As a result, assumptions for constructing a mathematical model were determined, a mathematical model of the process was developed, boundary and initial conditions were determined. In order to conduct a computational experiment, the model was transferred to a discrete-continuous model. Then the disturbing influences were determined, and the computer simulation was carried out. The simulation results showed the adequacy of the developed mathematical model to the technological process. Based on the obtained transient processes, the transfer function of the object of study was approximated and the synthesis of the control system for the oil cooling process was carried out.
