In this paper, we have proposed an algorithm, Task Based allocation to minimize the makespan of the cloud system and also to increase the resource utilization. We have simulated our algorithm, TBA in CloudSim Simulator in a heterogeneous environment. CloudSim is one of the simulation tools of cloud environment which provides evaluation and testing of cloud services and infrastructure before the development of the real world. During the comparison of the algorithm, we provide the sorted tasks to the TBA algorithm once and un-sorted tasks in the second time.
