Abstract

The authors carried out the levelling experiment on the delta 3D printer to explore the relationship between the extruder printing posture and the heating bed by raising one of the three posts and measuring the relative heights between the sliders on all three posts and the upper surface of the heating bed after levelling. This paper analysed the impact of the heating bed inclination on the printing quality from the view of mechanics, found out the influence factors and influence degrees, and concluded the mathematical relationships between the evaluation parameters of printing quality and the influence factors.
