Abstract

In recent years, the high frequency of dairy products' safety accidents has led consumers to a trust crisis of dairy products' safety. Since dairy products have the features of credence goods, the article analyzes the market failure and supervision failure behind the safety accidents, and discusses the inner relations between commercial trust and system trust. Therefore, from the angle of rebuilding consumer's trust, it puts forwards that consummating quality management system and safety criteria, improving information asymmetry in product market and the production scale of raw milk are the feasible countermeasures which can improve the safety level of Chinese dairy products.

近年来,乳制品安全事故频发,导致消费者对乳制品安全产生信任危机。鉴于乳制品具有信用商品的特点,本文分析了安全事故背后的市场失灵和监管失灵,探讨了商业信任与制度信任之间的内在关系。因此,从重塑消费者信任的角度,提出完善质量管理体系和安全标准,改善产品市场信息不对称,扩大原料奶的生产规模,是提高我国乳制品安全水平的可行对策。
