Abstract

According to the development plan of clean energy vehicles in Hainan Province, clean energy vehicles are developed vigorously. According to the demand of new energy tourism vehicles in a tourist attraction in Hainan Province, plug-in hybrid electric tourism vehicles are designed by using power elements.
