Abstract
Enterprise technique innovation based on knowledge alliance is establishing and coordinating a dynamic, multi-functional, multi-sectional and multi-regional cooperative process by interiorizing exterior technical resources. It is also a complicated social economic process, which necessarily involves many elements such as enterprises' cultures, techniques, environments, information flow, social service and regional cooperation.
