This research implies that when companies apprehend the significance of CM, there is a great possibility for it to flourish in harvesting the full value of transparent governance. Abstract
This study significances to analyze the twosome relationship between Corporate Memory (CM) and Information Communication Technology (ICT) among most prominent companies in Malaysia .
