Abstract

Weight training with pyramid set method and high protein milk are the effective methods to increase muscle mass.There are not many studies that combined these 2 methods to increase the muscle mass. 金字塔训练法和高蛋白牛奶是增加肌肉量的有效方法。结合这两种方法来增加肌肉量的研究并不多。本研究的目的是分析金字塔重量训练组合和高蛋白牛奶的消耗对增加肌肉质量的影响。本研究为准实验一组,采用前后测试设计。研究周期为8周,每次32次,在运动前后分别饮用含有32克浓缩乳清蛋白的高蛋白牛奶。本研究的结果也证明干预对参与者肌肉质量有显著影响,p = 0000。综上所述,金字塔重量训练与高蛋白牛奶摄入相结合对增加肌肉质量是有效的。
