Abstract
: Delivery companies are trying to improve their business and thus respond to the increased number of requests due to the expansion of e-commerce. In addition, one of the basic parameters of the quality of the delivery service - availability, is increasingly difficult to maintain at an appropriate level due to the circumstances arising from the modern way of life and business.
