Abstract

In this paper, a scheme for data acquisition suited to long term biometric monitoring is presented for microImplants, in particular as applied to Parkinson's tremor monitoring. The system application informs the circuit design and combines the techniques of compressive sensing and adiabatic charging, we can show an effective improvement in the FOM of a 7-bit SAR ADC fabricated in a 0.18um process.
