Abstract
A lady with early onset cognitive impairment with movement disorder and elevated mood, grandiosity, distractibility, flight of ideas, pressure of speech presented in outpatient department and initially diagnosed as Bipolar disorder with early onset parkinsonism and Frontotemporal dementia.
