This paper presents the image tracking surveillance system which can be used to monitor and care for infants and young children. We used a grayscale image from 0 to 255. The proposed algorithm is Binary Thresholding where each pixel of the image is compared with the threshold value. We set the threshold to black in order to reduce the complexity of image information. Thus, the image can be established by background subtraction method. The tracking mechanism will start using temporal difference and object segmentation that carries out of dynamic Image Tracing. If the tracking object is beyond the warning range so the system will take the initiative to issue a warning. In modern day societies, children sometimes are taking care by the housemaid, and the parent needs to monitor the house from their office.
