Formation of soft skills in educators through the application of training technologies

Abstract

. The article is devoted to the actual problem of training applicants for education and the formation of future specialists of such qualities that are in demand by employers and ensure their competitiveness, in particular soft skills. The theoretical basis of the study was the study of domestic and foreign reviews, which consider the most popular skills of an employee by employers in the labor market.
