It works with the hypothesis that it is urgent to supplant the colonialism that involves human rights, that is, it recovers the need to think-act with the motto aligned with the historical-geographic-anthropological context positioned in the Global South. Abstract
This article has as general objective to discuss the difficulties of guiding police action in Brazil in the promotion/preservation of human rights.
