A nuclear power plant evaluation system based on comprehensive fuzzy theory is proposed. Firstly, the implementation process of the nuclear power plant from the early stage decision to the later stage of operation is analyzed. The main factors that affect the comprehensive benefit of the whole implementation process of nuclear power plant are determined. Then the index layer factors are obtained based on the main factors of the criterion layer. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation index system of nuclear power plant is established. Abstract

In order to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of the whole process from the early decision to the later operation. A nuclear power plant evaluation system based on comprehensive fuzzy theory is proposed. Firstly, the implementation process of the nuclear power plant from the early stage decision to the later stage of operation is analyzed. The main factors that affect the comprehensive benefit of the whole implementation process of nuclear power plant are determined. Then the index layer factors are obtained based on the main factors of the criterion layer. Therefore, the comprehensive evaluation index system of nuclear power plant is established.
