Law enforcement intelligence “survey”: modern understanding

Abstract

В статье рассматривается содержание понятия оперативно- розыскного мероприятия «опрос», сформулированное на основании современных научных разработок и правоприменительной практики, кратко описана правовая основа его проведения. Изложены основные точки зрения на классификацию видов опроса с позиции их гласности. Даны рекомендации по использованию результатов опроса в уголовном процессе в качестве доказательства. The article examines the content of the concept of law enforcement intelligence “survey”, formed on the basis of modern scientific developments and law enforcement practice, briefly formulates the legal basis for its conduct. Key points of view on the classification of survey types from the position of their publicity are presented. Recommendations are given on the use of the survey results in criminal proceedings as evidence.
