Through the analysis of the values, the law of the influence of Garton effect on the measurement values of dielectric loss of CVT is mastered. Abstract
The influence of Garton effect on the measurement values of dielectric loss of capacitor voltage transformer (CVT) is lack of systematic research and understanding.
