Practicing labour education can enhance college students’ labour awareness, improve labour skills and enable college students to obtain a rational understanding of ‘knowledge’ from the practice of ‘action’. This is an important way to realize holistic education. This article puts forward the connotation of ‘labour’ under the background of the new era and updates the traditional cognition of ‘labour’. Abstract

Labour education has been weakened and alienated in higher education. Repositioning labour education is an important part of the deepening reform of colleges and universities as well as the focus of improving the higher education system. 高校劳动教育的内涵与实现路径——基于中国高校的视角
劳动教育在高等教育中被弱化和异化。重新定位劳动教育是深化高校改革的重要内容,也是完善高等教育体制的重点。实行劳动教育可以增强大学生的劳动意识,提高劳动技能,使大学生在“行动”的实践中获得对“知识”的理性认识。这是实现全人教育的重要途径。本文提出了新时代背景下“劳动”的内涵,对传统的“劳动”认知进行了更新。根据时代背景和用人单位的劳动力需求,提出了高校实施劳动教育的有效途径;从而打破高校劳动教育的弊端,提高全人教育的质量,更好地适应就业市场的需求。
