Abstract

This paper analyzes the structural problems of the collaboration in joint global market expansion through literature review and questionnaire analysis on the common practices of joint efforts between the manufacturing and retailing corporations and 3PLs. And it studies problems and successes in collaboration between and among such supply chain participants through interviews and case studies. Based on such analyses, the collaboration model and finally practical guidelines for joint global operations are developed.
