Abstract

Cognitively-Based Compassion Training (CBCT) is a system of contemplative exercises designed to strengthen and sustain compassion. This study aims to evaluate the learning outcome of cognitively-based compassion training for mindfulness in financial literacy; and determine the mechanism of cognitively-based compassion training for mindfulness in financial literacy for coping with change when losing financial stability. This study uses multiple methods to search information, recognize mechanisms, collect training needs for the development and design of Cognitively-Based Compassion Training for mindfulness in financial literacy courses. As reflexivity monitoring of action after 12 months field study, the research group provides a conceptual framework of Cognitively-Based Compassion Training for mindfulness in financial literacy.
