Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate students’ satisfaction on English instruction using Zoom application, and 2) to study additional suggestions from the students. 基于Zoom应用的学生英语教学满意度研究
本研究的目的是:1)调查学生对使用Zoom应用程序进行英语教学的满意度;2)研究学生的其他建议。研究样本为200名2020学年下学期商务英语课程的工商管理专业学生,采用简单随机抽样法抽取。收集数据的工具为评定量表和开放式问卷。采用频率分析、百分比分析、平均值分析、标准差分析、含量分析等方法进行数据分析。结果表明:1)学生对使用Zoom应用程序进行英语教学的满意度较高;2)受访者主要认为Zoom应用程序是支持远程学习的有效方式;教材比传统课堂更加丰富、更新;结对和小组合作比较困难;互联网的速度和稳定性是必不可少的因素。
