Abstract

В статье рассматривается дистанционный надзор как средство стимулирования правопослушного поведения лиц, находящихся в местах принудительного содержания, а также пресечения противоправных действий. Анализируются финансовые затраты, связанные с установкой необходимого оборудования. Приведены технические характеристики оборудования, обеспечивающего работу системы видеонаблюдения в учреждениях, исполняющих наказания.
