SQptr a Proposed Set of Guidelines for Setting Up Proceduring for Enabling Solution Development

Abstract

We propose a set of guidelines under the name SQptr (pronounced as ‘Skepter’) that enable proceduring that is a planning stage just before actual development of an application. The guidelines are independent of the underlying language used for development. Universal testing of guidelines is a work in progress We demonstrate the fundamental idea through examples.
