Abstract

Based on GB567-1999 “Bursting discs and bursting disc devices”, the rupture disc detection system is developed. The adaptive PID model is established according to the pressure characteristic. combined with the detecting system's actual requirements. It solves the problem of gas leak and heat dissipation during the disc detecting, so as to control the rupture disc detecting conditions accurately.
