Formation of the efficient project teams also becomes an important functional direction. At present there exists a number of models, approaches and criteria for evaluating the efficiency of teamwork. Among other conditions for their effective work is the correct selection of team players and identification of their tasks. Abstract

In the digital economy, companies will no longer be able to rely upon the old management models. In the digital transformation, it is crucial to pay attention to the introduction of new technologies and changes in the mind-set of employees, as well as to the development of digital culture in the company. The HR department becomes a service that closely interacts with the personnel.
