Results indicated that Islamic work ethics have a positive relationship with Employee performance and a negative relationship with Counterproductive Work Behavior. Abstract

The current research investigated the effect of Islamic work ethics on employee performance and counterproductive work behavior with job satisfaction as a moderator between Islamic work ethics and employee performance as well as counterproductive work behavior. This study was conducted in light of the other-orientation theory.
