The primary issues raised in this article are with regards to the potential corporate liabilities faced by corporate entities formed pursuant to the laws of Malaysia when entering into e-Contracts with their Customers/Merchants. The following legal advice is rendered upon research undertaken into assessment of the matter and analysis of the same.
