Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dengan kinerja kader posyandu.Penelitian di lakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bojonegoro pada bulan Desember 2018 – Februari 2019. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Kader Posyandu sebanyak 24 responden. Pengolahan data dengan menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 15.0, dengan menggunakan uji Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa pengetahuan kader tentang posyandu sebanyak 9 responden (37,5%), cukup sebanyak 11 responden (45,8%), dan kurang sebanyak 4 responden (16,7%), dan untuk kinerja kader baik sebanyak 7 responden (29,2%, cukup sebanyak 15 responden (62,5%) dan kurang sebanyak 2 responden (8,3%). Berdasarkan hasil uji Sprearman Rho didapatka nilai p value = 0,031 yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kinerja kader posyandu. Pengetahuan yang baik akan mendukung terwujudnya suatu kinerja yang baik bagi kader.
