Abstract

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Current Applied Physics (CAP), the CAP editors have published a virtual special issue of the selected hot articles. The virtual special issue is composed of thirty-three articles selected by considering citation records. Readers can benefit from the virtual special issue to have an idea of what topics have attracted attention. Here, we carefully pick seven articles from the virtual special issue, which are introduced by authors. This introduction would help readers to know research topics having been valued in CAP journal.
