A Fuzzy DEMATEL method has been used for the sake of prioritizing the evaluation criteria and also for the relationship between effective criteria on the choice of superior managers of the project, afterward Analytic Network Process was applied for determining the weight criteria. In the end, a fuzzy multi-criteria model was designed, and through using metology, fuzzy sets and fuzzy VIKOR techniques, management substitution candidates have been prioritized.","PeriodicalId":375999,"journal":{"name":"Int. Abstract

Selecting the best managers from several proposed alternatives is a key factor in project success. The act of selecting administer is a multi-indicatory issue which includes qualitative and quantitative criteria that might be in contradiction or even might be vague.
