Pengaruh Jenis Kelamin dan Usia Terhadap Kecenderungan Berwisata Selama Pandemi COVID-19

Abstract

The emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia since March 2020 has had a very significant impact on all sectors of life. One of them is the tourism sector which is quite affected, where all tourism industry activities must be stopped. This is done to support the government's work from the home program during the implementation of Large-Scale Social Restrictions or PSBB. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of gender and age on the tendency to travel during the COVID-19 pandemic. The sampling technique is random probability sampling where the Travel Tendency (Y). While the independent variable or independent variable there are two variables, namely gender (X1) and (X2) is age using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that age and gender had a significant positive effect on travel tendencies. during the COVID-19 pandemic.
