This research is a quantitative research with a questionnaire as its data collection method. The data analysis method chosen is Pearson correlation and regression. The findings show a negative relationship between work environment and turnover intention, commitment to turnover intention, compensation with turnover intention. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between the work environment, commitment, compensation with turnover intention. Data were collected from 45 Al Irsyad Al Islamiyyah Pekalongan elementary school teachers.
