Implementation of quality management certification also emphasizes customer centric service, consumer needs, concentration on consumer expectations in QMS ISO 9001:2015 at PT Delta Graha Makmur (Grha Delta). This community service offers solutions to provide an understanding of standard operating procedures and adds insight for employees in an effort to improve a good work system.
