Abstract

A comprehensive study of the risk factors of occupational burnout of teachers of primary general education, secondary general education and further education was conducted. Reliable associations between working conditions (including psychosocial work factors), health, and occupational burnout among teachers were established. The development of prevention strategies for occupational burnout of teachers is based on an integrated approach to the assessment of working conditions and the health of teachers, taking into account the organizational practice of the administration of educational
