Abstract

Information and communication technologies development has allowed new ideas in Internet based environments and services. Teaching and learning through the Internet enables to the client (student) to learn from anywhere and to the teacher to change and modernize lectures very easily. The new ideas about e-learning additional support are increasing, as learning through the Internet is getting more popular.
