In the PMs Mandate of “Swachh Bharat”, manholes play an important part and the proposed model will make this important feature more secure for the citizens. The experimental outcomes show that the framework works steadily and information transmission is solid, which is useful to acknowledge insightful the board of a savvy city and make an amicable and safe shrewd city climate. The system's job is to continuously monitor the lid status of the manhole and ensure that it is closed using a magnetic reed switch mechanism that is specially designed for this purpose. Numerous methods have been proposed for the same purpose.
