A total of fourteen research papers have been reviewed by using systematic literature review method named Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Abstract

Electronic government or e-government is an information and communication technology application that aims to provide more open interaction between governments, citizens, businesses, and other non-profit organizations.
