Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on organizational commitment mediated by job satisfaction on employees of CV. BTS. The theoretical basis used is equity theory. The amount of sample is 78 employees determine by saturation sampling technique. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires.
