Abstract

This paper presents time monitoring of vehicles using motion detection, vehicle tracking and number (license) plate identification technique. The time monitoring process is getting complex due to increase in the number of vehicles inside universities, colleges, companies or schools. The traffic flow at peak hours inside the campus, need to be monitored in an efficient way.
