The examples of combined (hybrid) WPPs that use equipment operating on the basis of various renewable and non-renewable energy sources are given. Abstract

The article confirms the implementation efficiency of wind power plants for power supply to consumers in mountain areas. The latest developments in the field of wind energy, both foreign and domestic, are considered.
