Abstract

Reprogramming is essential to wireless sensor networks. Current research in reprogramming is almost based on update function of all nodes in a network, the nodes in target area do special task is seldom discussed. In this paper we proposed a reprogramming scheme to transmit code image to target nodes, and implement an effective route algorithm in reprogramming scheme. Then we compared our approach with deluge, and the experimentation results confirmed that our scheme achieves substantial improvement in both the lifetime of network and energy consumption in most network environment.
