The population in this study were employees of PT. BPR Lestari Bali, the sample in this study was 130 respondents and used PLS analysis with Smart PLS. The result of this research is the quality of employee self service (ESS) application has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction and the effectiveness of employee performance at PT.
