Moreover, the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed using Cronbach's alpha and composite reliability indicators. Abstract

The main goal of the paper is to study the effect of innovation culture and knowledge sharing on the new-product development (NPD) process with emphasis on improving new-product development performance. The research has been implemented in software developer or producer companies as well as information technology companies in Tehran, Iran.
