The data was collected by using staff response instrument relating to the personality, empowerment, leadership and job satisfaction of staff Dinas Pendidikan Indramayu. Data processing were analyzed using path analysis with help software IBM SPSS 24 and LISREL 9.30 Student. Abstract

—Dinas Pendidikan Indramayu is the agency responsible for carrying out development in the field of education that refers to increasing human resources.
